MONERIS SOLUTIONS LAUNCHES NEW E-PHILANTHROPY INITIATIVE WITH C.N. WYLIE GROUP

Moneris’ new eSELECTplus® payment tool will be used with Wylie’s Helpforcharities.com Web site so organizations can easily accept electronic contributions and purchases online

CHICAGO, February 26, 2008 – Moneris Solutions, one of North America's largest payment processors, today announced the launch of a new e-Philanthropy initiative with Helpforcharities.com, a C.N. Wylie Group Inc. company.

The Helpforcharities.com program provides a suite of services for online fundraising, including peer-to-peer networking tools, gift catalogs and e-card sales. The services are designed for charities, non-profits, universities, government agencies and political organizations.

Under this agreement, the Helpforcharities.com program will use Moneris’ eSELECTplus® payment tool, which allows an organization to conduct transactions quickly and easily on the Web by processing credit cards, debit cards, or ACH transactions without installing any special software. (See Moneris press release on eSELECTplus dated February 19, 2008.)

“Moneris and the C.N. Wylie Group share a commitment to security and excellence in customer service and product innovation,” said Catherine Pagliaro, CEO, C.N. Wylie Group Inc. “The rollout of our Helpforcharities.com donation management tools in combination with eSELECTplus will be of great benefit to online fundraising – particularly in the areas of social networking, peer-to-peer fundraising and alternative gift catalogue programs.”

“Online donations are rapidly growing and charities, churches and non-profit organizations are recognizing that it is an important channel for donations and fundraising. Moneris has worked with charitable organizations throughout the years and understands their unique needs. We are excited that our payment network is being put to use by these worthy organizations,” added Greg Cohen, president of Moneris Solutions US.
