- Once we receive your request we will prepare a no-obligation quote for you based directly on your requirements. If we have
any questions we will email or call you directly. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for preparation and email of this quote.
- After you have reviewed the quote contact us with any questions you may have. When you are ready to proceed with the project
please sign the "Quote Acceptance" section and fax this page to us at 604-684-5676. At this point we will send you our "PayPaq™
Service Agreement" - our legal agreement for use of the online payment system. Please complete, sign and fax this document back
to us along with your deposit.
- Once all documents have been received we will set you up on our customer and technical support webboard - this is how you
will submit information to us and monitor the progress of your project.
- When your project is complete we will post a test URL for you to link to your website. You should then notify your financial
institution or acquirer as they may need to verify the set up to complete the issuance of your Internet merchant account.
- Ongoing customer and technical support is maintained through our online webboard facility. Any change management requests
should be submitted directly to the webboard for immediate attention.
