Catherine Nearissa Wylie Clarke
Catherine graduated April 1992 from Simon Fraser University with a
Bachelor of Business Administration. Following graduation Catherine
worked for Equity Magazine, first in advertising sales and then as the
Contract Publisher.
In 1993, the Internet caught Catherine’s attention. She understood
immediately the Internet’s vast commercial opportunity as well as the
medium’s eventual ability to aid human development and the planet.
Catherine envisioned the creation of a global hi tech solution services
organization that would be both profitable and socially responsible.
In December 1994, she founded C.N. Wylie Group Inc. and Strategic Profits
Inc. to develop secure, proven, affordable online business strategies and
software service solutions for businesses and charities worldwide.
Catherine has a superior wealth of e-commerce knowledge and expertise
gained from literally hundreds of educational seminars, consultations and
actual online e-business solutions development, with businesses and
non-profit organizations over the last nine years. Ms. Clarke is an
excellent speaker from engagements with Soft World, Internet World, Comdex
and many other venues.
Brad Robeson, Vice-President - Not-for-Profit and Charities Division

Brad brings a wealth of national and international experience in organizational development and management
of not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Brad has over 10 years experience training Board members
and staff in business development and management in this sector. His expertise will be essential in
bringing vast opportunities of e-commerce to this emerging sector, not only in Canada but around the world.
As a long time member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) Brad is well positioned to
lead this area of business.
Greg Patton, Chief Technical Officer
Greg brings over 10 years experience with database program management, server systems management and secure
e-commerce technology expertise. Greg is responsible for all the technical development of all aspects of
the communitystorefronts.com marketplace as well as the technical management, loading, and e-commerce enabling
of the shopping carts and donation forms at every level.
Paul Smith, B.A., VP Marketing Administration
Paul has a background in magazine publishing and direct marketing. He headed up the direct marketing
company Money Mailer Western Canada for several years before joining Strategic Profits Inc. Paul is considered
an expert in Internet marketing and e-commerce strategies for SMEs and Nonprofits having worked in the industry
for over five years before joining SPI.
Keith Biddlecombe, CGA, CFE, CPC, Financial Manager
Keith has developed financial management and human resources systems
for organizations whose annual gross income approached one billion
dollars. Keith has acted as a financial systems consultant and controller to
both government and several large corporations. He brings over two decades of
experience with his background as a certified general accountant. Keith has a
gift for being able to establish systems that enable an organization to
evaluate, maintain, train and plan for financial and corporate security.
